Using the PinnacleFRAMER System, fully automatic wall, floor and roof truss frame design production system using one single dedicated C & U shape profile.
The major applications are for light residential low-level structures from 1 to 4 stories, light commercial structures, institutional building structures and prefab temporary structures. Utilising the latest technology in virtual building 3D design and machine control software, we operate across India providing innovative building solutions to both commercial and residential clients.
Panalised Fabrication System
Our Panelised Fabrication System is ideal for the residential market providing a complete steel building solution.
All aspects of the house can be built using steel panels from the walls to the roof frames, ceiling and floor joists.
Both our Panelised and Truss Fabrication Systems are highly versatile and allow for flexible applications. For example, steel panels can be used across ceilings, beams and roofs.
Pinnacle CFS wall studs and floor joists are pre-punched for electrical, plumbing and HVAC ducts penetration, thus drop ceilings, soffits and all kinds of secondary framing are minimized, saving project time and cost, another 20% saving.
Hot rolled steel columns & beams are replaced by Pinnacle CFS built-up composite columns & beams, over 50% cost and time saving.
Residential steel houses
Our Panelised Fabrication System is ideal for the residential market providing a complete steel building solution.
All aspects of the house can be built using steel panels from the walls to the roof frames, ceiling and floor joists.
Commercial steel buildings
For commercial construction, steel panels offer a versatile total build solution with applications covering roofing panels, external rain shields, internal partitioning and infill panelling.
We are able to construct commercial buildings up to G+7 for any projects in fast-track basis
Truss Fabrication System
Top hat profile and an engineered bolted connection. The truss technology is fully engineered and can produce roof trusses and floor joist trusses.
Our steel construction technology has been designed to minimise operational costs, taking into consideration the impracticality of transporting wall and roof trusses long distances.
Production rates are suitable for 2-4 person teams, utilising software and rollformer-based technologies in the manufacturing and fabricating process.
We use cold rolled steel ranging from 0.55mm to 1.20mm in thickness.
