The objective of this strategy is to take healthcare to the doorstep of populations, particularly rural, vulnerable and under-served areas.
For the National Rural Health Mission, Modcongroup has manufactured Mobile Medical Units (MMU’s) in Association with Indian Navy for affordable and quality health care services. Intended to cater to the urban poor and vulnerable population and provide fixed services in areas where there is no infrastructure.
Mobile Medical Units were an innovation attempted at scale in the past few years the MMU implementation design to provide an optimal service package through effective use of resources.The operational guidelines assist states in crafting the design of MMU services so as to benefit the most marginalized and those living in inaccessible areas.
