PREFAB LGFS STRUCTURE
Our Framed house is buid with LGSF light gauge steel with Fully Automated Robust Pinnacle Framer Machine with in-built CAD Software provides its clients with quality, project time and cost savings. The Structure will withstand Highwind up to 200 Kmph and Earthquake-resistant.
RCC FOUNDATION
The Foundation and civil works as per the standard soil condition, Our Civil team will perform the job onsite with Exterior Foundation Waterproofing Membranes Moisture Barriers. RCC foundation with a RC plinth beams all aroud.
INTERNAL WALL
Wall Lining: 12.5mm thick gypsum plaster board sheets directly screwed to the steel studs at internal walls. Internal Wall Cladding (Optional)* The internal surface of the wall are fixed comes in different materials and different textures as per customer choice along with high aesthetic value, cladding is good for insulation, weatherproofing and protection.
INSULATION
Insulation with Rockwool, works as a barrier to heat transfer,helping to keep out unwanted heat during summer and preserving warmth during winter in metal buildings. Rockwool products are also used for acoustic & fire safety applications.
EXTERNAL WALL
Water Proof Cement plaster board directly screwed to the steel studs at external walls. External Wall Cladding (Optional)* The External surface are fixed with facade wood textured outdoor cladding or with customer's design choice.
ROOF
The roof is cladded with powder coated metal cladding/fiber cladding or weatherproof asphalt shingles.
FLOORING
Flooring in dry areas: The internal floor finish will be vitrified tile flooring/artificial marble flooring. Flooring in wet areas: The internal floor finish will be vitrified tiles and water proofing.
CEILING
12.5mm moisture resistant gypsum plaster board ceiling in wet areas and normal gypsum plaster board ceiling in remaining areas with paint finish.
MAIN DOOR
Frame and shutters will be made in wood and polished on both sides. Brass fittings like mortice latch, tower bolts, doorstopper, magic eye, and night latch will be provided.
INTERNAL DOORS
Frames will be made of wood, Shutters will be Modular which will be painted on both sides. Door fittings will be of Stainless steel which include Cylindrical Lock, Doorstopper and Tower bolt.
WINDOWS
Double glazed windows offer excellent insulation and security, Three track powder coated Aluminum windows with mosquito mesh. Ventilators will be in Aluminum with adjustable louvers.
SANITARY WARE
All fittings which include shower set, health faucet, long-body bib cock and pillar cock for wash basin in each bathroom. Sanitary fittings will include EWC, washbasin, Bath tub kitchen sink.
PLUMBING
Drainage - UPVC soil/waste/vent pipe work, floor trap and covers, rain water pipe work and clean out complete with fittings, assemblies and accessories ready for connection to utility at site. Water supply - internal PPR piping, Concealed PEX piping, bib taps, valves and accessories, connected with sanitary ware/fixtures ready to connection to utility at site.
ELECTRICAL
Electrical lighting and power conducting and wiring for small power points and light points including switches, sockets and wiring accessories, light fixtures, Isolators for mechanical installation, earthling system, termination and glanding for all multi core and single core cables
PAINTING
The internal faces, wall and ceiling in dry rooms are finished with paint to approved colour. Internal faces in wet areas are finished with vitrified tiles (floor + wall)
